This has to be the best pool company out there, bar none. I have never dealt with such a courteous, professional and more giving company period, much less a pool company. I have no idea what the previous reviewer was talking about, but I've NEVER had Melissa be rude to me. She and Cindy and the rest of the staff have ALWAYS been nice to me.
One of the several things that puts this company over the top for me is their flexibility with financial stuff. I had a liner replaced year before last and they worked with me every step of the way as much as they could with working out payments for getting the liner replaced. Another recent example (past couple days) is that Melissa even helped me try to find a winterizing plug that they didn't have (neither did Leslie Pools in Bartlett, major pool supply company) and eventually led me to a link on another website that carried it for a fraction of what they could get it for. She knew that she wasn't going to make any money off of that part from me, but did it anyway!
I have been on the fence about having someone to come out and do regular maintenance on the pool and I am definitely convinced to go with them this summer for that. Thanks Advantage Pool!
