Review content:
Beginning of May, 2010, we hired Advantage to open and service our pool. It is now the 20th, we have had NOT ONE DAY when the pool water was clear, and we have been charged well over $300. Two days ago I called and brought these problems to the company's attention. Since then, we have not received a return phone call, nor has a service tech been here. I use the term ""service tech"" loosely because I don't believe these guys know what they are doing. How can they use all these chemicals, all this money, and not provide a clear and safe pool? Our pool water was clearer the day the cover was removed than it is now since Advantage has been working on it. I want to know why, after they came back the second time, and the water wasn't clear, why didn't they keep coming until they got it right. Does it really take 17 days and over $300 to get a pool, that was already in pretty good condition, according to there own techs, crystal clear? In this case, it took 17 days and over $300 to get our pool totally green! I have a paper of theirs dated 5/17 that states the pool is cloudy...$114 and three days later the pool is totally green! I can only surmise that the good reviews this company received were from their friends and relatives attempting to make Advantage look good. The proof lies in my GREEN POOL, and the fact that they just don't care as demonstrated by their refusal to even call me, let alone fix my pool.
Cons: bad condition of pool; hugely expensive
