I have shopped at this store for years and they carry very unique items but if you are looking for great customer service do not look for it here. The owner Carol is very rude and just not helpful at all. After spendin $150 two days prior I called to ask for assitance with a unique cupcake liner and was treated as if I was bothering her when I asked what the problem was she stated she was just ""frustrated with me"" wow I couldn't believe she would say that to me when I just spent $150 two days prior....If she had expressed her frustration then I would have taken my money elsewhere. I would not recommend shopping here if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and kindness and unfortunately it seems that I am the owner of Edwards, Carol does not feel the same.
