Review content:
We ordered 3 appliances and only 2 were delivered. All 3 appliances were already paid in full and that they were supposed to be available on the set delivery date. The warehouse person said that the 3rd appliance can not be located OR has not been ordered yet. We called the salesperson, Phyllis, several times and she did not return any of our calls. We decided to call the Store manager, Carol instead. I was put on hold for 15 minutes so when I redialed again the guy who put me on hold, Krisjee said that the manager can't take any calls at the moment. When I asked him why he never got back to me on the phone and told him that that was very bad customer service, he hung up on me--very rude! Since no one returned our call, we went to the store to talk to the manager. She can not explain why the appliance is missing from the warehouse. She said a new shipment is coming in a few days and they'll deliver our appliance once they get it. Will not recommend this place. Once they get your money, they can not be reached for any questions or complaints!
