I went into fishermans hardware last week to look around being that I had not been in the shop for months. I was pleasantly suprised by the new found customer service in the store. A year or so ago I went in the store quite often and was turned off by the people working there. They where not friendly and treated me like I wasn't cool enough to shop in their store. The guys working in there now are great. I was instantly helped by one of the guys and he went above and beyond to help me. I ended up purchasing a $400 reel that I was up in the air about buying and am very happy with it. I will be once again shopping at Fisherman's hardware.
