Naz is friendly, helpful, honest, straight, and understanding. She was only interested in helping me find the right deal for me. I test drove and loved the Lexus GS, but still had some reservations. She and I talked through my doubts and she was totally candid on the advantages and risks in buying a used car. She did not push or suggest I would be missing a deal.
I bought and am very happy. I needed a couple of extras that were missing with the car and she immediately offered to take care of them. Plus, she
took care of an extra that I wanted before I picked up the car and I had planned to pay for myself! Finally, she helped me get acquainted with the car's features.
She followed up and made sure I was happy! I am not used to buying a used car, and realized that there are always risks. But she made this a positive experience beyond any I have had with prior purchases and made me feel that I have made a wise decision.
I am a solid fan of EM now and will return there to buy without any reservations!
