ARROGANT AND RUDE SALES!
I have been a customer of European Motors, recently I returned to check out their inventory and was helped by manager Sam, we talked about one vehicle but he did not offer to test drive the car, again I returned recently when I saw another car I like on their lot, he again refused to let me test drive the car and said you ""come by but never buy anything"" what a arrogant guy! in a economy that is difficult these guys don't do anything to earn your business, they seem to want to sell their mercedes only to ""high rollers"" with cash on hand but not to working class, I AM SO DISSAPOINTED with this cold reception that I will not give them my business again! unless you have cash on hand and perfect credit don't bother visiting these people they will look down on you, maybe next time I will take DATELINE on site to record their discrimination!
