I purchased a MB from European Motors in July/07. The sales staff was very helpful and not pushy. The MB that I purchased was a MB Manufacturer Buyback with 52000 miles. They salesman did not try to hide this fact, in fact its kinda hard when a yellow square sticker stating ""Manufacturer Buyback "" is on the inside driver door pillar. You also have to sign a disclosure statement. TX does not require a notice to be hung from the mirror as another reviewer stated. If you are going to purchase a manufacturer buyback be secure in knowing that TX STATE LAW is there for you. TEXAS OCCUPATIONS CODE 2301.610 - The manufacturer, distributor, or converter must restore the cause of the repurchase or replacement to FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS and issue a new 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty on the vehicle. This dealer took my 07 Yukon as trade and sold it on their lot. VERY GOOD DEALER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
