I wanted to write and inform everyone of what a great experience I had with working with Alex Mendez and Cindy. I was rear ended and the other party's insurance company was incredibly difficult to deal with . They were slow to pay and wanted your company to put inferior parts on our car. Alex went to bat for me on several occasions and kept me abreast on any calls he had with the insurance company and adjuster. If not for Alex's patience and diligence, the whole process would have been a much more difficult process.
