I am a sophomore at Palo Verde High School and have been dancing my whole life. This is my first year at Summerlin Dance Academy and I love it there. I take the advanced hip-hop class on Monday nights. The first day I came in I was nervous that I wouldn't fit in because I came right after Winter Break. I walk in the door and the front desk lady greeted me with a big smile on her face. She then introduced me to people in my class and I noticed that I knew people. Everyone greeted me with smiles and hellos made sure that I wasn't left out in the class. I stayed in the back for most of the class but our teacher, Ms. Stacey, made me come to the front a couple times and everyone told me how good I was doing. I have gone to many dance studios all over Las Vegas but no dance studio has been as great as Summerlin Dance Academy. All the students there inspire me to become a better dancer with their dedication and all the hard work they put into their dancing. I am very excited to be dancing in this years recital in June. I know that this year's recital is going to be more than amazing. I strongly recommend this dance studio, because there is a class that will bring out the dancer in everyone!
