Review content:
When I called Steam It, I explained that I did not want another company who hurries through the cleaning process and then tells me that the spots on my carpet cannot be removed. The companies I have used so far have all concerned themselves about the amount of time needed to clean my cream colored carpet. I have offered to pay more, etc. in order to receive quality work.
