Steam It came to clean my carpet and kitchen/dining room tile floor. I was amazed at the professionalism, courtesy and excellent results. The carpet looked and smelled fresh and clean, and I do have a pet in the house. I was particularly pleased with the tile, after years of cleaning it on my hands and knees with paper towels my tile looked brighter and definitely cleaner. I even got on my knees after they left and tried a wet paper towel on it and there was no dirt/residue left behind. And this lasted for several weeks. I was very very pleased and will definitely call Steam It back to my home.
Pros: On time, very accommodating, friendly, fast and honest
