ZERO STARS! What a joke. This company will be out of business soon! Wish I would have read previous Yelp-ers & saved ouselves the trouble. Raul showed up to our home on Monday July 2 & cleaned our tile floors in the kitchen & Master bath. I took before & after pictures....Surprise...they look no different! That is not the worst of it though. 6 hours after Steam It left, I went to the car & shockingly found our hose still pulled out in the front yard with the water still running! Argh! Of course it was after business hours, so I calmed down & called them 1st thing Tuesday am after reporting the problem to the City Of Austin. The owner stated, ""Wow this has never happened before! He stated, ""Raul is one of our best, so I will have to get his side of the story."" Later I had a voicemail from Raul stating that he is certain he turned off the water before coming in with the paperwork... No you ACTUALLY did not. You did manage to tie the hose in a knot, but left it pulled into the yard, did not put it away, and you left it running full blast for 6 hours!
