Used a groupon for this company for carpet cleaning and added on tile / grout cleaning for our residence. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the ""clean"" provided on the tile and mildly impressed with the carpet. There was a definite mildew smell in our house for days after the cleaning even though we had fans going and windows open. We were also overcharged for the tile cleaning service, and when this was brought up we were assured we would receive a credit back via check. No refund check has arrived and it's been a few weeks now. There were still noticeable dirty grout lines which we brought up with the crew before they left, but we were told ""the grout's just wet which is why it looks so dark"". Well... as we suspected it wasn't just ""wet"". They are still dirty. As a small business owner myself, I am appalled at the way they have handled the issues, even claiming that we made the grout all dirty in the few days that it took for them to come back out and assess the problem.
