I travel quite a bit with my job. I want to make sure my two dogs are well taken care of when I'm gone. I moved to Knoxville in 2007 and tried out Birchwood Kennels, after their first stay, my dogs and I were both sold.
This is a very clean facility where you will not have to worry about your pets when you are away. I could go on and on about how great Birchwood is but I'll just leave it at this, if you need a place for your pets to stay when you are not able to care for them, take them to Birchwood Kennels!
I truly know that they care about my dogs, just as much as I do. I was away on a business trip and received a call from Rob (owner), he said that one of my dogs ""didn't seem like herself"" and he was concerned. I was heading back to town that day so I booked an appointment at my vet. Come to find out, she did have an issue that flared up (related to an on going problem she has been having). The fact that the great folks at Birchwood Kennels noticed that something was unusual with the way she was acting, made me know that they were where they were supposed to be when I couldn't be with them. They truly care about your pets!
Use Birchwood Kennels and don't think twice about it, you'll be happy you did!
