I would recommend their A/C repair to anyone and will call them again for any repairs in the future. Our home warranty service provider sent out a different company when we reported a loud noise in the unit when it was turned on. The first company came out, dismantled the unit leaving us with no air conditioning in 99 degree weather, and gave a dishonest assessment of the problem resulting in the claim being denied. Upon submission of further info, the home warranty company sent out ARS for a second opinion at no charge to us. Even though ARS stood to make little money on the job, they were honest in their assessment and did the repair in a timely way. That kind of integrity is to be praised. Thanks to ARS and to Kevin who did the work.
