My airconditioner, malfunctioned during Labor day weekend and Ace Air came out to fix it. They gave me a $900.00 estimate and told me that the parts malfunctioned due to faulty installation.
I had Ace Air fix my unit however I asked them to please give me an itemized bill so I could go back to the company that I purchased the home from and also I still had a warranty on parts and would need the itemized bill for reimbursement on the parts also.
It is NOVEMBER 17th 2011 ACE AIR HAS STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ITEMIZED BILL
basically making it impossible to recoup any of the funds I spent even though the house mfg and the company that warranty's the parts are willing to reimburse me.
This leads me to believe ACE AIR/COOL AIR was less then honest with me about the repairs and I would not recommend them.
