Review content:
I happened to be visiting my elderly Mother tonight and noticed water on the floor in the basement. It was coming from the bottom of the shower stall in the bathroom. Luckily a friend was with me suggested I call Roto-Rooter as it seemed to be a drainage problem. It was already 8:30pm and I worried that we may not get this problem fixed for my Mother until the next day. I put the call in and the pleasant lady said that a service technican will be over no later than 2 hours and would call 1/2 hour before. At 8:51pm the service tech called to tell us he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter, explained his findings in a very well spoken manner so that I and my hard of hearing Mother could understand the process. He took care of the problem and I was very pleased of the end result. The cost for this emergency service was fair and reasonable. I was very thankful that it was only blockage and nothing more serious. Honest people, excellent service. I will call them again in a heartbeat if another problem ever arises.
