OK so this year started off with a mysterious and again we called Jim at Roto-Rooter. Quick response and a team appeared to fix the problem which was no easy task and included drilling through the foundation with new pipes to the septic. All this repair happened quickly and efficiently and professional. Problem solved and house back to normal thanks to Jim and his warriors! more

I happened to be visiting my elderly Mother tonight and noticed water on the floor in the basement. It was coming from the bottom of the shower stall in the bathroom. Luckily a friend was with me suggested I call Roto-Rooter as it seemed to be a drainage problem. It was already 8:30pm and I worried that we may not get this problem fixed for my Mother until the next day. I put the call in and the pleasant lady said that a service technican will be over no later than 2 hours and would call 1/2 hour before. At 8:51pm the service tech called to tell us he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter, explained his findings in a very well spoken manner so that I and my hard of hearing Mother could understand the process. He took care of the problem and I was very pleased of the end result. The cost for this emergency service was fair and reasonable. I was very thankful that it was only blockage and nothing more serious. Honest people, excellent service. I will call them again in a heartbeat if another problem ever arises. more

Joe the Project Manager made sure everything worked like clockwork. John the plumber from Warwick and the excavating crew changed the sewer pipes in the time that was discussed. The sink in my lavette had been barely draining for years. I put every chemical known to man down that drain, but nothing worked. Finally, I called up Roto-Rooter in Warwick. They sent someone in less than an hour. The plumber was very friendly, did a whole-house inspection of the plumbing (and caught some potentially serious issues!), gave me a quote, then got straight to work. It was a tougher job than he had anticipated, but the work came out great. I can finally use that sink again!!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Warwick RI were a life-saver! I was doing last-minute cleaning of our house to show for rental when I discovered a leak from the upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen below. It was late in the afternoon and the house was going to be shown the next day. The timing couldn't have been worse. But a plumber arrived a little more than an hour after I called, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly & neatly, explaining everything he was doing. Disaster was averted. more

This is a top-notch outfit. Right away they established communications, updated hourly. Jim finally arrived, was courteous, gave an estimate, and had heart paddles and O 2 ready. Actually the price was competitive (given inflation) for same job years ago - clogged iron main in rural 1880 home. We tested drains to verify the problem, then Jim started the Machine. I use tools and -- this is no FYI job. Two passes with different bits satisfied him that flow was good. I also got Pipe Guard to liquify the rust gunk made by old pipes. A video survey of the pipe is included. Prompt complete service, very satisfied. more

After just a few minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I was also informed how to prevent the problem from happening again and how to quickly fix it myself in the event that the problem happens again. I contacted my regular Plumber for the sewer snaking but, both of their machines were broken so they referred me to Roto-Rooter in Warwick. The service tech, Jim Downing # 7411, was courtesy, professional and honest. My old plumber may regret giving me the referral. I will call Roto Rooter again and keep them in my rolodex for my future plumbing problems. I was a little surprised with the higher price but, their response time made it worth it for me. more
