When I decide to put a pool in my back yard Charleston Pool & Spa convince me to selecting them since they are around the corner and would be able to get to me ASAP when I needed them. Once the construction started they were very nice but took them a long long time to complete it. After the customer service was the worst I have ever experience. In the first month the fiber glass pool had a leak, the repair was not smooth, it looked like they just wiped on putty & didn't bother to make it smooth. And then the cement started crack everywhere within 3 months my cement look like it was 20 years old. I called & called & went by the store to get them to repair the cement but at this day after 6 years they still haven't repair or bother to come by. Then to find out my equipment was put together with different name brand not Heyward that I requested. They also give my information out for reference to others that are looking to place a pool in their backyard without my permision. I can't even rate them there is no where to rate them below 1 star!!!! Please whatever you do don't select them to do a pool or spa.
