WOW, I have an 8 year old Sony 53 inch projection TV. I heard a LOUD, click/pop of some sort yesterday. Nothing I did would make it come back on. I made a call at 2:38 the next day and had a technician over here withing the hour and had it fixed within another 45 minutes. Promptness, efficency, knowledge, proffesionalism; I could go on.
