After coming home on Saturday 11/06 after a 12 hour shift at work my shower had no hot water. After calling countless plumbers who wanted anything from $125.00 to $250.00 just to come over and diagnos the problem and as a single mom on a tight budget I finally called Roto-Rooter. The woman on the phone assured me there were no hidden costs and they could have someone at my home within the hour, I agreed. Josh was at my home 40 mon later. The cartridge in my shower needed to be replaced, Josh explained to me that the part is an expensive. After seeing my worry he asked for a day to see what he could find. Josh called me on Sunday he tpld me he found the part for less then half of what the local vendors had it for. He told me he could have it by the next day Monday. Sure enough Monday Josh was at my home part in hand, he worked quickly and clean. The bill was $175.00 less then originally thought because Josh took his time to shop around for me, THANK YOU JOSH!!!!!! You Rock. I know who I will be calling from now on for any and all of my plumbing problems, the honest plumbers ROTO-ROOTER..
