I woke up to no running water in my house. They froze overnight. I called about six places right away that were all booked up. I called Roto-Rooter and the receptionist booked my appointment right away, which relieved a lot of stress. The plumber, Tim (#3745), from Jamaica, NY arrived and was very professional. He had a task ahead of him as I have a small crawl space which itself was iced over. He didn't complain and did an excellent job. He somehow fit himself in the crawl space after digging away at all of the ice. In about an hour, my pipes were thawed out and I had running water again!
