I have been using RR Plumbing since 1998. They never disappoint! Josh began our latest repair Saturday evening but didn't have the part he needed to continue. He assured us that he would return with the part we needed on Sunday morning by 10 a.m., after going to the supply house to get it. The office called us to confirm that he was on his way, then called again to tell us of his delay. After that call, Josh called us himself to let us know that there were computer issues at the supply house and he that he would stop elsewhere to get what we needed. We told him that we were willing to go to Home Depot and pick up our part and meet him at the house in 40 minutes. He said that would work. As we were running out the door, Josh called again. He wanted to make certain we had his cell number and that we had the correct dimensions for what we needed. Unbelievable! Two hours later, our repair was complete, and at a very reasonable cost for the amount of time and labor Josh put into this job.
He has reinforced our belief that RR Plumbing is the place to call for all your plumbing needs.
