Josh #348 was great- came in thinking he was just doing a repair & ended up also installing our new kitchen faucet! Very friendly, polite; even wiped up the muddy snow tracks he brought in with him ;) Now THAT's great service! He made suggestions as far as what he thought we may need done down the road; things we may not have realized until too late. Kudos to the guy who isn't coming into my house in a nasty mood because it's a late Saturday afternoon in the middle of winter to hang out under a kitchen cabinet. Thanks for a job well done, Josh!
