On Saturday 12/11/10 me, my wife, my children and my grand children went to Great Grandma's house to help decorate for Christmas. On arrival we found her to be in a state of panic as her toilet was clogged and backing up. We contacted Roto-Rooter and asked for a plumber to be sent to our location in Suffolk County which is quite a distance from Queens, NY. Within a few hours Roto-Rooter showed up and diligently worked on the problem for almost 2 hours and freed the lines up. The service man even arranged for a follow up camera tech to come back and find out what the cause was. I guess you can say Roto Rooter was the plumber that saved Christmas.
