Review content:
Emergency plumbing situations rarely turn out to be a pleasant experience, but this one did. Josh #348 showed up right on time as promised. He even called before he came to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at 11 PM (ish) and immediately impressed us as someone who was going to make this as pleasant an experience as possible. He was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He worked dliegently, quickly, thoroughly and was very neat as well. He did not wrap up until he was certain that all was in good shape and then helped us to understand what we could do to prevent problems in the future. Josh is an extremely capable service person, a good Company man, and very personable.
