Our kitchen sink and disposal began to back up the night before and still was doing the same in the morning the next day, even after a bottle of Draino. I could not find a plumber to stop by and do the work and was in a jam to get the work done so we could continue to clean our dishes (dishwasher is hooked up to the same drain line). When I called at 11:30 am, Roto Rooter was very prompt in informing me of a window of 1pm to 4pm that they could have someone out and planned to be home from work after 1pm. Right after lunch they called me back to say that a tech was freed up and could come right away so I took them up on it and was he was done rodding my drain before 1:45pm. Thanks for the expedited services Roto Rooter!
