Our techs name was Paul ,he was a very nice man. We are first time home buyers so there are obviosly lots of things that we are still learning. Paul was very helpfull and full of lots of great advice.(Thanks Paul) The one thing I can say is that the job was definetly done well but.... the price was very high! So I hope that we will never have to have this done again. lol Paul was also nice enough to honor the $20.00 coupon that you guys have on the web even though our printer was broken. The only reason why I give a rating of 3 stars is due to the price,other than that the job was done well and great customer service from our tech Paul. I was also very surprized that you guys were able to come so fast.
