Review content:
My main sewer drain was suddenly backed up. I called these guys (who can forget that jingle? They were the first ones I thought of) and they gave me an appointment within the hour! The service man who arrived was friendly, and even had a sense of humor. I needed that when I couldn't even flush a toilet or wash my hands. He explained everything clearly, and showed me with a camera what was going on in there. That was great, I could see for myself and not wonder whether I was about to be ripped off. Now for the bad news. The pipe was broken about 45' from the house. It will mean digging in and replacing that section of pipe. But check out their website, it explains how they do this. They don't use a backhoe and wreck your yard- there's minimal digging and damage to the yard. They're coming back tomorrow or Monday to do it. Since he spent more than 2 hrs opening up the drain to see the break, it's now opened up enough to use our plumbing again. And this really got me- he even cleaned the basement floor! I've never seen a service person do that before, they always leave you with the mess. I'm confident they'll do a good job on the pipe repair. I'd recommend them to anyone.
