I would rate American Air a little bit higher than a 5. I easily would recommend them. In fact, the last time I talked with Jim I told him that he needed to use me for a reference because I would recommend them easily.
Without boring you silly here, I had moved into a new house about this time last yeas, and it had a number of design problems. In other words, when they put in the heat and ventilation system, the ductwork was wrong, and a lot of other things I could see as well. I called about four companies that represented major factories and asked them about recommendations and quotes, but most of them wanted to sell me some stuff. A couple, including Jim, tole me that just selling me something was going to do it, that other things needed to be fixed, such as the ductwork, like I figured. After talking with Jim, I decided American Air was the one to go with, and he was just the tip of the iceberg.
Jason and the other are really good people too. The people who were out here to do the work and supervise were also equally as impressive as Jim. They were clean, tidy, and on time, which are all the things you almost never get with companies in that kind of business. The long and short of it was they redid the ductwork, and I bought their equipment. Honestly, they did everything satisfactorily, and that pretty much solved all my problems.
