Review content:
I have heard nightmare stories about other sewer and drain companies. I called roto rooter with an emergency at 6pm. I was told they were ""backed up"" until tomorrow. NO PUN intended! I explained to them everything was backing up in my house and that I have a condition that I need to use the bathroom often. They were here within 2 hours and the service guy let me know exactly what he was doing, he greeted my son and me with a smile, and even told me how to get a coupon in case it happens again.
