Review content:
Working an unusual schedule makes it completely inconvenient in trying to find a reliable waste disposal company. Most will claim that if you put your bin to the curb by 6:00AM that it will be collected the same day, but I have yet to find a company that can honor this assertion. In reality, you sign on to the company, put your bin out at 6:00AM and most days of the week find that the truck came through your neighborhood at an earlier time. You call ""customer service"" (they utilize this term VERY loosely) and the representative simply states that you have to actually put your bin out the night before. That is inconvenient to my personal schedule. I am paying for a service and their guidelines are constantly changing. I am looking for a company that will underpromise and overdeliver, but instead keep finding exactly the opposite as well as a lot of attitude and condescension.
