For those of us who have come to know the veterinarians, staff and protocols of PVC over many years, many pets and many varied and complex circumstances, there are no finer. This practice consistently demonstrates the highest qualities of professionalism, competence, and compassion towards the pets placed in their care and, and just as importantly, the pet ""owners"". (Everyone knows that, in reality, our pets really own us!) I consider PVC to be part of my extended family, and I will continue to place my trust and my pets' care in their hands without reservation.
