Review content:
My car was towed by this company in a parking lot with contradicting signs and faded lines on the pavement. I would never willingly park in a no parking area. I have never been towed before. The main complaint is the excessive fee of $359 to get my car out, and then the requirement of paying with cash only. It is 11:30 PM and the lot is way out of town. I did not have that much cash, who does?? I did not have a way to get to the lot, and my asthma meds are in my car. I can not be without them. (Also, I am just visiting Gresham for the weekend) The tow truck driver said he was doing me a favor my letting me get my car that night. I asked why they charged me such a outrageous fee, and he said to look at it like a accident that I just had. I chose to look at it like I had been robbed. I suppose all this will change with the new ordinance passed by the Gresham City Council. It is cracking down on overcharging and predatory practices by towing companies. It is too late for me I guess. Also, they make you put at least one star to publish the review. This business does not deserve any stars!!!
