Review content:
I have my mom at Brian Center Mooresville and had to defend it after reading what someone wrote back in January '09. Sounds like an employee was fired for doing a poor job. I have watched this place change sooo much over the last few months. They have some new managers who got rid of a lot of the old, lazy staff and now the staff is consistent and caring. I have never felt better leaving mom there. They are able to be called 24/7 if I am worried about something. They are making the place looks soooo much nicer and more home-like for the patients. My mom likes her room just the way it is an they were nice enough to tell her she can choose how to remake it, or she can choose to leave it the same. This building had a lot of problems in the past but it seems like a new place and if someone thinks getting written up for making any mistakes when a human life is on the line, that someone is in the wrong job. I am glad management is taking things so seriously. Pros: New Leaders, Nice Staff Cons: Actual building is older
