Review content:
I called this company because my laptop just died on me. Since it is a few years old, I wanted to get an idea (over the phone) if it was worth fixing or not. I described what happend, asked a couple of questions to make sure that if I did get it fixed it would not cost me more than buying a new one. After about my 3rd question, the owner of this company -Sam, started screaming at me and calling me everything but a cheapskate! He said he didn't need customers who weren't willing to pay for his work and said I either make an appointment for it to be looked at or FORGET it, he's not going to take anymore time with questions from someone who obviously wouldn't understand the answes. I may be of the older generation and don't know a lot about computers, but I am an educated person and was asking what I thought were important questions to me. I gave up and called someone else who was very happy to help and actually fixed everything for me.
Pros: Answered phone quickly
Cons: Very abrupt and acted like I was an idiot
