I must say that I agree with the two reviews who state the first review was from a competitor, which should say a lot to Sam. I called around and Sam was able to give me a price over the phone, and then, guess what, he stuck to it! I brought my stupid computer in on a Wednesday, and was NOT happy, but Sam....well, he helped me out and even made me smile a bit. He had the part AND my computer FIXED by Friday...before the Holiday weekend! He is amazing and incredibly helpful! Thank you Sam! more

I am quite confused by the first review on here. Sounds fake (competitor) to me. Seemed to me like Sam would go out of his way to accommodate my needs. If you are doubtful, go to his website and look at the real feedback on there. I took my laptop there after I saw the "Painted Iphone" testimonial. He knows what he's doing, he's very professional, and he has fair pricing. Period. Check him out... you won't be disappointed... I wasn't. Pros: Speedy, affordable Cons: Haven't found one yet more

I liked the "can do" attitude at Edge Computer. Nothing to do with computers, but I called Sam to see if he had any small, special-threaded screws (actually bolts) I needed to fix my fly reel. I said I had contacted Ace Hardware, several reel repair shops and the manufacturer. They couldn't help. Sam said bring it in. I did. In 5 minutes he found all the screws in his inventory and fixed my reel. He charged me nothing. I really appreciate a "can do' attitude.. Pros: Listened patiently more

I called this company because my laptop just died on me. Since it is a few years old, I wanted to get an idea (over the phone) if it was worth fixing or not. I described what happend, asked a couple of questions to make sure that if I did get it fixed it would not cost me more than buying a new one. After about my 3rd question, the owner of this company -Sam, started screaming at me and calling me everything but a cheapskate! He said he didn't need customers who weren't willing to pay for his work and said I either make an appointment for it to be looked at or FORGET it, he's not going to take anymore time with questions from someone who obviously wouldn't understand the answes. I may be of the older generation and don't know a lot about computers, but I am an educated person and was asking what I thought were important questions to me. I gave up and called someone else who was very happy to help and actually fixed everything for me. Pros: Answered phone quickly Cons: Very abrupt and acted like I was an idiot more
