I love my doctor at Cool Springs OB/GYN BUT I almost feel that I am not suppose to ask questions. I feel like they act as though im questioning their judgement when usually my suspicions or worrys turn out to be true. I know my body and the way it responds but im treated as though everyone is the same and the medications they prescribe should affect everyone the same. I feel as though im a child and they are the parent and i should just do as they say with no questions asked. Then when i do ask questions im given a quick yes or no answer and no information. I am also an easy patient and NEVER go to the doc unless i HAVE to o...much less call! The office has become very overrun with patients and wait time can sometimes take a while.
Pros: Parking, personable staff, personable doctors
Cons: Billing manager stinks! Will pull you out of the office in front of everyone if you have even a small balance. Even while in hard labor!
