Cool Springs Plastic Surgery - Franklin

Pros: Dr Thomas is very easy to talk to. He is informative and happy to answer questions. On my first visit, before going into the exam room he sat down with me in his office and discussed past history as well as any concerns I had. I have never had a doctor spend that much time listening to me! Exam was quick and painless, so to speak. Plenty of pictures of babies to look at, on the walls and in photo books to give you something to do and make it less uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. more

I love my doctor at Cool Springs OB/GYN BUT I almost feel that I am not suppose to ask questions. I feel like they act as though im questioning their judgement when usually my suspicions or worrys turn out to be true. I know my body and the way it responds but im treated as though everyone is the same and the medications they prescribe should affect everyone the same. I feel as though im a child and they are the parent and i should just do as they say with no questions asked. Then when i do ask questions im given a quick yes or no answer and no information. I am also an easy patient and NEVER go to the doc unless i HAVE to o...much less call! The office has become very overrun with patients and wait time can sometimes take a while. Pros: Parking, personable staff, personable doctors Cons: Billing manager stinks! Will pull you out of the office in front of everyone if you have even a small balance. Even while in hard labor! more
