My boyfriend and I planned on traveling out of the country for the first time and decided to use this agency. One of the travel agents was very unprofessional. First, the resort we had inquired about was closed for renovations and the agent tried to place us at another "lower quality" resort; although there was another nicer resort available (which we found on our own). Then there were specific changes made to the reservations, but he failed to notify or contact us regarding the charges. When we tried to contact the agent, he yelled at another customer in the background and hung up the phone in our faces. After speaking with management, we were told "He is one of our best!" Basically, the only customer-service oriented person within the agency was their secretary. Please keep all paperwork when booking with this company.
