As someone who has had ?less than stellar? experiences with travel agencies in the past, I was almost afraid to try a new one. But the old one was not an option and every other one I called practically hung up on me when they figured out I wasn?t a corporate customer, just some nobody who needed help! That is, until I called Beeline Travel! From the moment the phone was answered until I landed back at RDU after an AMAZING three week trip, Beeline was PERFECT! more

My boyfriend and I planned on traveling out of the country for the first time and decided to use this agency. One of the travel agents was very unprofessional. First, the resort we had inquired about was closed for renovations and the agent tried to place us at another "lower quality" resort; although there was another nicer resort available (which we found on our own). Then there were specific changes made to the reservations, but he failed to notify or contact us regarding the charges. When we tried to contact the agent, he yelled at another customer in the background and hung up the phone in our faces. After speaking with management, we were told "He is one of our best!" Basically, the only customer-service oriented person within the agency was their secretary. Please keep all paperwork when booking with this company. more

Some people believe that travel agents are a dime a dozen. Well, that's not true. Someare better than others. Hickory Beeline Travel is one of the best.They provide great service and do their best to get the best deal for their customers - and their serivice is greatly appreciated. I was so impressed when they sent us a bottoe of champagne to the resort in Aruba when we were on our honeymoon there. What a NICE job - so impressive! more
