Review content:
Very friendly staff when I arrived and I received a tour or the facility which was nice. As we just recently moved to the area, I told the colorist what colors and line my prevoius stylist used. I'm a 4N so I didnt expect her to tell me that I was almost black (a level 1) I also told her my hair tends to pull red, which isnt a big deal but she was adament that she had a product to fix that.
Pros: wide variety of services & friendly staff
Cons: no overall "ownership" in how my hair looked
