Sexy hair!!!! 8/6/2012

I went in for a consultation for my color on Tuesday afternoon... I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair because I've never colored it before. Autumn talked to me about a few different things we could do and offered a million different options. She even pulled up google images on the salons computer to show me exactly what she was talking about. She came up with an amazing game plan an explained pricing and future maintenance. I came back on Friday for the big change :) she hand painted high lights through my hair!! So cool!!!! My hair turned out exactly how I expected it to be and I'm so excited to start school to show off my new do!!! The other girls with be so jealous!! I did not get my haircut. For future though I will definitely get my hair cut there and when I'm ready for another color change I will definitely go back to Autumn!!!! She was the best!!! These are the sweetest people you will ever meet. I did not have my phone for a while, made an appointment over email, they were super nice. When I went for my appointment today, the lady checking me in took my coat and was very sweet ! Everyone there asked if I would like anything and it's a definetely has that home feeling. I got my hair fully highlighted today, with Kendra. Highly recommend going to her! She was very nice and it felt as if I talking to someone I've known for a long time. Then I got my hair shampooed, and the lady is like little tiny adorable girl and she was super nice. My hair feels AMAZING! and it looks super great ! My nails look great, and I liked the fact that the other nail technicians talked to me. It's truly a great place to go to! Receptionist was a witch! 11/17/2011

I enjoy walking in a salon and being greeted politely, with a warm smile, and respect. Unfortunately, I made my first visit yesterday for a pedicure.. and right when I walked in I was appalled. The young girl at the front of this spa was cold and rude. I was cheerful and needed some nice relaxation.. but this girl didnt even greet me with a smile. She checked me in after bluntly asking my name and I sure didnt feel welcome. I dunno if she was having a bad day or what. But she was busy looking at me up and down as if she had known me personally. I was shocked and disgusted. Misery loves company thats for sure. She was a plain jane.. stick thin.. pale.. straight boring brown hair.. too much eye make up for the morning hrs. Typical treatment from girls like her. Who would wanna go back to that place? Made me sick, felt like I was back in high school. So sad and low class. Who needs that? Definitely will never step foot in there again. Pros: null Cons: null more

I usually write review when I am very happy or extremely unhappy, and I don’t have much of a free time, but have to yelp about Zaza. Those people at Zaza making me so happy! - they changed my look by giving me a gorgeous stylish haircut and an incredible color that I love so much; the colorist name was Andrea, she is very young but definitely knows what she is doing. I also had European facial and bikini wax by Albena and was very impressed! I love the fact that the place is very clean, modern, bright and happy. Front desk girls do an awesome job - they are quick, efficient and extremely friendly and helpfull. \r Just love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. more

If You Like Massages With TONS of Lotion... 3/4/2011

I can't comment on the overall facility/atmosphere because I was there for a massage. The woman that did my massage did not seem like she had any experience. All she did was use tons and tons of lotion and rub up and down on different body parts. I walked out of there not relaxed, and completely covered in sticky lotion. For every 15 seconds of rubbing, she went back and collected more lotion to put on my body. It was, by far, the worst massage I've ever had. For the prices of their massages, I expected much better service. The worst part is that I paid for an hour massage and after 45 minutes, she told me that I was done. I'm not sure what kind of business cheats their clients out of 15 minutes, especially when their prices are more expensive than city prices. And the city salons are a million times better. The two girls at reception were not friendly. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone for a massage. I don't know about their other services but it was amateur hour (excuse me, 45 m more

my boyfriend gets his hair cut at zaza. he loves his hair cuts and his stylist. :/ hm..\r so I try her for the first time today... and I love her too! :)\r she was very truthful about my ideas of a new style. I'm so glad she told me what she thinks.. I love my new hair/me.\r and what a good coffee they have!! I want to stop by at zaza everyday just to have that coffee and say hi to chanel that me and my boyfriend both love. she rocks!! more

My New Salon ZAZA 10/6/2010

I really liked how everyone at Zaza was so nice and friendly but professional. and I had a best hair cut ever by lady named Chanel. she really knew how to cut hair even my not so nice hair. before I went to Zaza I've tried other salons in the area for less money. but you get what you pay for.... wasn't happy with my hair cuts with any of them. Thank God I've found Chanel in my new salon Zaza. more

I went to the salon recently and thought the service was horrible. All of the staff didn't really go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. Especially for the cost of their services, I was extremely disappointed, and will not refer anyone to this salon. more

I've never felt like such a princess 11/25/2009

Seriously so cute!!! I'm kind of going through a little change of life right now and so i totally wanted to try something new and treat myself. So after driving by it a million times i had to just stop and see what it was all about. I walked in and a really really sweet women at the desk asked me if i had an appointment i told her no i just stopped in to see the place so she completely stopped what she was doing gave me a tour, told me about all the products they use, and even gave me a little back ground of all the technicians, it was so nice she made me feel really special. Anyhow i was really looking to change my look with my hair and amazingly they were able to fit me in for color and cut that day! I saw a women named Khendra for color and Chanel for a cut they did so amazing they both talked to me about what i wanted and then talked to each other and the look i have now is ten times better then i imagined possible!!! So thank you so much to the whole salon i felt like nothing when more

Very friendly staff when I arrived and I received a tour or the facility which was nice. As we just recently moved to the area, I told the colorist what colors and line my prevoius stylist used. I'm a 4N so I didnt expect her to tell me that I was almost black (a level 1) I also told her my hair tends to pull red, which isnt a big deal but she was adament that she had a product to fix that. BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!!!!! 11/12/2009

A friend of mine has been raving about the services at ZAZA Salon, and I finally decided to give it a try. I was so impressed with the ambience and the friendly service at the front desk. They helped me decide which service would be best for me and even fit me in last minute for a massage (after a really bad day at work). While I waited for the masseuse I had one of their delicious (and complimentary!) cappuccinos. The massage was done by an amazing European lady, and it was by far the best massage I've ever gotten! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. And now, I have a long list of services that I want to try at Zaza! Pros: atmosphere and service Cons: None more

As nice it seems from the outside the people here are very unprofessional, specially hairdresser, I will not mention her name here. She just did what she wanted without listening to my needs. Owners didn't do anything to stop this abuse after my complain. Do not go here. more

Zaza Salon and Spa is very impressive 7/29/2009

This was my first time to the salon and everyone since i stepped foot in the door was so nice and genuien i was planning on getting highlights with Kendra and a haircut with Melissa but when i sat down and started my consultation with both of them it didn't go as a planned i really wanted blonde long hair and thats definately not what i left with but i couldn't be happier! Kendra advised me of the condition my hair was already in and highly suggested i shouldn't go any blonder otherwise i could have a lot of damage and Melissa completely changed my mind about how i should wear my hair considering its so fine and i couldn't be happier they worked so well together and now i have a completely different look and its awesome!!! They did a great job i love it!!! more

What a wonderful place! 7/14/2009

I received a Gift card from a friend for a manicure and pedicure. Recently, I visited zaza spa and was very impressed with the quality of work I received. I got a manicure and pedicure by two different people and both did an exceptional job. Besides, they give you your own bag of tools and they keep everything clean and sterile. The pedicure chair was very comfortable. The girl at the front was friendly and helpful, took me on a salon tour, offered a drink and then introduced me to my manicurist. I loved the Spa area - it's beautiful. I Want to come for massage or facial next time. The prices are not the cheapest but I enjoy every moment at zaza - it worth every penny I spend there! more

I recently moved to Lincolnshire and a friend recommended Kendra for color. I've been living in the city and have been using the same person for over 5 years. I was nervous to switch but Kendra did a great job. I love my color now even more than before at a lower price. Great job Kendra!! The place is new and trendy...very pretty. more

Wonderful Experience! 4/20/2009

My boyfriend and I recently visited Zaza and it was the perfect day for us! When we arrived we were immediately welcomed and taken to the spa area for our couples massage. This was a wonderful and professional experience. The massage therapists focused on our individual needs. Neither of us wanted to get up when the massages were over! We then received hair cuts - both of us were impressed with how the stylist paid attention to the texture of our hair and shape of our faces - making sure our cuts were the best for us... and they were! This is especially important to me because my curly hair sometimes seems to have a mind of its own :) Thanks for the great experience everyone! Pros: friendly, professional, modern upscale decor more
