I'm getting married in the suburbs and chose this salon based on a recommendation from the Lincolnshire Marriot. Although a little skeptical after reading the previous review, I was absolutely blown away by the service and all around amazing experience that I had there. I had a trial updo with Melissa that went perfectly, and got to enjoy a complimentary cappuccino from their machine. My maid of honor got a manicure and pedicure with Galina while she waited, and told me that it's the best she's ever had. I actually ended up booking a spa day for my entire bridal party for the day before my wedding, and we cannot wait! Leo, the owner, helped me with all of the arrangements and personally took care of everything for me, and assured me that they would take care of everything for me. All around love this place and would recommend it to everyone I know!
Pros: personal service, very professional, great atmosphere
