I recently went to Hair Cult for the very first time. Just moved to Hoboken from Miami and I love Aveda and it was highly recommended by a coworker. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by what I can assume was the manager Ricardo. He offered my tea, held a conversation with me even though he seemed to be so busy he made me feel so comfortable and got rid of my nerves. Laurie was my stylist. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I wanted and NEEDED! I left there feeling absolutely fabulous. My hair looked natural and flawless. Couldnt ask for more. Great customer service, great hair, just great overall. When i went to check out I made my next THREE appointments and left with a smile from ear to ear.
