My family and I had been using these guys for years. They've tinted our cars, installed sterors, satellite radios, and most recently, a hands free bluetooth car kit. However, my recent transaction with them will keep me from ever going back. I made an appointment for my girlfriend to have her car tinted and get bluetooth put in her car. I told them this when I made her appointment, and they said no problem. We took it in on her day off (Monday). She gets a call at 4:30 that the car was tinted, but the bluetooth kit wasn't put in. Basically, they told her too bad, and that she'd have to bring it in another time. They were rude to her when she tried to ask questions, and explain that she doesn't live in the area and can't just bring it back any time. They didn't offer anything to make up for their failure to live up to their promise. Terrible customer service. I'm pretty sure she was only treated like this becaus she was a girl. I for one will stop recommending this place to my friends. If you can't live up to your promises, then what good are you?
