I have read the negative reviews about the best guys and I dont believe that they are true. I used to be an employee at the best guys and I know that they pride themselves on customer service. I was just in there on Saturday and I witnessed an employee volunteer to stay late so that that they could do a job for a customer that needed a stereo for the weekend, even though they had a full scheduel, they even gave the customer a ride home so that they didnt have to wait at the shop. It is this can do attitude that keeps them busy, even though the economy is bad rite now. Their work is impecible and their equipment is state of the art. Doug and Dave are the best bosses that I have ever had, and they would do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I believe that these negative reviews are fraudulant and probobally perpetrated by less proffesional shops that are lacking businuss. I live in the area and everyone that I know does businuss with the best guys, because the quality of work and customer service is second to none. Please do not listen to these negative reviews, rather ask someone for yourself, chances are that you know someone who shops there. And I assure you that they will have nothing but good things to say about them. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and have a good time with your expierence at the best guys.
