I wanted to update the navigation system in my Range Rover and was looking to speak to someone regarding what type of Navigation system would be best for my vehicle. I had stopped at another stereo store and all they were interested in was pushing the brand that they sold and telling me they could have it done in 3 hours if I came down now. I asked if they had any photos of the work they had done on this type of vehicle and they could not provide any. They didn't seem to want to fully understand what my needs were for updating the current navigation system I have in my vehicle. When I called Al and Eds Laurie anwsered the phone and listened to what I wanted and said that she would e-mail a quote with several options that would work for my Range Rover. Laurie sent me an e-mail within the hour that listed my option for my vehicle and the price for labor and the price for the units that would work. She also included several photos of work they had done on other Range Rovers so I could see the type of work they do.
