Review content:
No competition at all, this place is just the best hardware store on Long Island. A true old fashioned store ... wood floors, tin ceilings, bins and bins of screws, bolts, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, etc. fittings. Service is A-1 ... where else can you go with your broken sink drain and have someone tell you what you need and how to put it back together! Saved my butt on a Sunday when my sink sprung a bad leak. I've had keys cut, my screen door fixed (after the dog went through it), and they even cut a piece of plexiglass for me, so the dog can't run through the door anymore! I haven't found anything these guys don't do and do right. They even have kids who carry stuff to your car for you. You just don't find that kind of service anywhere.
Pros: Customer service, huge inventory, specialty items, open 7 days
